Edo state: Gov Obaseki gets another four year nod
The people of Edo state on Saturday reelected Governor Godwin Obaseki to another four years of rule. Obaseki polled 307,955 votes to defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu in the race to the government house, Benin in a keenly contested election.
Ize-Iyamu polled 223,619.
