Mayweather returns to the ring to face unknown Nasukawa
Floyd Mayweather Jr. will be coming out of retirement to face relatively unknown fighter, Tenshin Nasukawa, December 31.
The undefeated boxer made the revelation at a news conference on Sundayy in a fight that is expected to take in the Rizin Fighting Federation at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.
Mayweather, 41and his opponent Tenshin Nasukawa,21, were both announced during the Sunday news conference
Boxingnews24 reports that tt’s unclear whether Mayweather will be fighting under the rules of boxing, MMA or a combination of the two.
Tenshin Nasukawa is an accomplished kickboxer in Japan, who fights in the 126 lb weight division at featherweight. Mayweather would have a 21 lb weight advantage against Nasukawa.

Mayweather had been hoping to face UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagpmedov. That fight was unable to take place due to UFC president Dana white saying that Mayweather would need to agree to fight in the octagon.
