Lufthansa Group increases flight routs to 106 countries

German airline, Lufthansa Group will be offering flights to 288 destinations in 106 countries this winter.

The German carrier said with this development, it’s will become even more attractive in the winter season 2017/18 as Passengers can continue to enjoy the high level of service, quality and reliability of the Lufthansa Group on countless new routes – all from Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt via Frankfurt.

The winter flight schedule for 2017/18 according to the airlines will be offering their customers precisely 24,922 weekly flights worldwide, they will connect 288 destinations in 106 countries.

In addition, “there will be more than 18,000 codeshare flights with around 30 partner airlines supplementing the respective flight programs, offering passengers an almost worldwide network of routes,” the company said in a statement.

Some of the new routes includes flights between Berlin and New York (USA); Beijing (China) from flights from Munich; In addition, there will also be Lufthansa A350-900 flights leaving from Munich for Boston (USA), Delhi (India) and Bombay (India), among others.

The winter flight schedule of the individual Group airlinesis expected to take effect from Sunday October 29, 2017, and will be valid until Saturday March 24, 2018.
