Enugu Electricity promises technical support to customers
Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has reiterated its continual technical support to its customers even as it wishes them a happy experience during Eid-EI-Kabir holidays, on Tuesday and Wednesday.
This assurance was made known to newsmen in Enugu on Monday by Emeka Ezeh, Head of Communications, EEDC.
Ezeh said that EEDC Cash Offices will be open to customers between the hours of 9am and 2pm, for the payment of electricity bills. He also encouraged customers to take advantage of the alternate payment channels to make their payments. These include the collection agent locations within their neighbourhoods as well as its Energy Pay (online) payment platform. Receipts must be obtained for every payment made, with a complementing SMS alert confirming such payments.
“Our technical/operations team will be on ground at our District Offices to attend to faults that might occur during the holiday period. Customers are therefore encouraged to make use of our 24/7 Call Center facility in reporting faults,” Ezeh said.
