Pastor Christopher Ikebuwa.

Worried by the negative perceptions that are trailing the body of Christ, the senior pastor of Grace Finishers Assembly, Egbeda, Christopher Ikebuwa, has called for a change of attitude among believers.

The Cleric made the call during the celebration service of Sunday, August 12, 2018. He spoke on the topic ‘deliverance’.

Taking his text from 2 Corinthians 3: 18, the minister decried the situation where Christians who are supposed to point the way for people are living a life of double standard, blaming it on reason why People find it difficult to do business with Christians but find it convenient to do business with unbelievers.

“I will rather do business with believers who will bring the proceed to the body of Christ by way of tithe and offering rather than unbelievers who may take the monies to the club. But, that is not the same for other people who out of experience find it convenient to do business with unbelievers than Christians because of lack of sincerity.”

Continuing, the Delta State born said: “We need Christians to be delivered. We need people who will continually exhibit the life of Christ by continually renewing their life so that the world will see Jesus Christ through them not people whose action will question the Christian faith,” Pastor Ikebuwa said.
