CBN approves Providus Bank, Unity Bank merger

The Central Bank of Nigeria has approved the merger between Providus Bank Limited and Unity Bank Plc, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the respective institutions.
This was made known in a joint statement signed by the management of both institutions.
