Adisa, Okafor, Johnson, others to receive Marketing Space at 10 Awards
A list of outstanding individuals, brands and agencies are set to be honoured in commemoration of the Marketing Space 10th anniversary. Among the honourees are Lanre Adisa, President, Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) and CEO/CEO, Noah’s Ark, Buchi Johnson, CEO, Lilvera Group, and Dozie Okafor, President, Media Independent Practitioners Association of Nigeria (MIPAN).
Ayobami Lukman-Ishau, Publisher, Marketing Space Magazine said the award is to appreciate brands, agencies and practitioners for their contributions to the industry and the Nigerian market.
The awards presentation is scheduled to take place on December 11, 12, and 13, 2024 in Lagos across the recipients’ offices.
‘’Marketing Space started operation in the Nigerian MarCom industry ten years ago. Since inception, the publication has been consistent in ensuring that the industry is adequately covered and well reported, we monitor activities of brands, agencies and practitioners’ contributions to the industry hence the need to recognize and appreciate them.’’
‘’This honour is to commemorate our 10th year anniversary and particularly, to show our gratitude to those organizations for immense support they have extended to us since we began operation.’’
‘’We are very much aware that these awardees truly deserve the honour at this time and we wish to appreciate them for what they have contributed to the industry in a decade’’, he said.
‘’A panel consisting of senior colleagues and practitioners in the industry sat through numerous nominations and eventually found these individuals, brands and organizations deserving the awards,’’ he added.
Other individuals to be honoured are, Kayode Ebatamehi, CEO, Bluebird Communications, Kunle Adeshina, CEO, Invent Media, Atilola Odudare, CEO, Gems Communications, Adetokunbo Modupe, CEO, TPT International, Kayode Olagesin CEO, Town Criers and Tade Adekunle CEO, Keskese.
The rest are, Seni Adetu, CEO, Algorithm Media, Bolaji Abimbola, CEO, Integrated Indigo Communications, and CEO, PHD Media Nigeria, Ilyas Kazeem, Marketing Director, Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN), Tolu Olanipekun, Marketing Manager, Mouka Limited, Bridget Oyefeso-Odusami, Head, Brands and Marketing, Stanbic IBTC Holdings and Samuel Ajiboye, CEO, Alpha and Jam.
