Housing: Aimart International targets 1000 affordable homes

Aimart Realtors a subsidiary of Aimart International, as part of its projection for the year 2020 is targeting to build about 1000 affordable houses for Nigerians. The company said that, this projection is hinged on the need to help Nigerians deal with the accommodation challenges in the country.

Martins Iluyomade, Chairman, Aimart International who said this, said home owner challenge is not restricted to the lower classes of people alone but also to the upper classes and that is why Aimart International through its subsidiary, Aimart Realtors is coming to bridge the gap.

Iluyomade made the statement in Victoria Island, at the Aimart Realtors season’s promotion draws and unveiling of new brand identity on Saturday, where one Taiwo Oyeniyi emerged winner of a Toyota Camry.

“One of the four cardinal points of Aimart Realtors, is to make home affordable and easy for people to live in and plan is already concluded to see this a reality in 2020,” he said.

Continuing he said: “If you go to some places today, you find out that a lot of homes are not being occupied because of the cost of acquiring the houses which in most cases are higher above honest and genuine Nigerian workers.

“Part of our plans for the coming year is to focus more of building affordable houses for people and hand over to the people seamlessly,” he noted.

Iluyomade added that, to reduce the burden of acquisition, payment of the houses will be spread over a period of time to enable interested buyers own the homes at ease, observing that, “We have partnered banks to join us on this journey”.

Speaking on its new brand identity, Iluyomade said, Aimart International is a parent company to three subsidiaries which are; Aimart Realtors, Aimart Logistics and Aimart Foundation. He pointed that the company operates on four pillars- Consistency, efficiency, confident and trust worthiness, which are symbolic to its brand focus.

“We want to distinguish ourselves from the too many noises in Lagos today. And to do that we are trying to stand out by ensuring that we make impact in every field we operate in, especially in the real estate sector,” he asserted.

Aimart Realtors presently sells landed properties in various parts of the country that includes Intercontinental Park, Ibeju Lekki, Sunshine Park, Agbowa Ikorodu and Champions Park, Abeokuta.
