Forbes crowns Jay Z highest paid acts in 2018
Forbes has crowned rapper, Jay-Z, the world’s highest paid hip hop acts in 2018. Forbes made it known in its latest release which saw Jay-Z toping Diddy who held on to the title for three consecutive years.
Kendrick Lamar, Drake and J. Cole completed the top five.
Nas made his debut on the Forbes list due to his interest in startups and the sale of Ring to Amazon for reportedly more than $1 billion.
Here is a look at the top 10 World’s Highest-Paid Hip-Hop Acts for 2018:
- Jay-Z: $76,5 million
- Diddy: $64 million
- Kendrick Lamar: $58 million
- Drake: $47 million
- J. Cole: $35,5 million
- Dr Dre: $35 million (tie)
- Nas: $35 million (tie)
- Pitbull: $32 million
- Future: $30 million
- Kanye West: $27,5 million
