Industry giants, stakeholders converge in Lagos for 2nd Brand Handlers Summit and Awards

A long list of industry giants and stakeholders in the Integrated Marketing Communications space and allied sectors will converge in Lagos on Friday, June 5, 2026 for the second edition of the Brand Handler’s Summit and Awards.
Scheduled to hold at the Sheba Centre, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Maryland, the event is with the theme, “Marketing the New Africa: Driving Growth Through Innovation, Culture, and Youth Influence”.
Two of the industry’s great will deliver the keynote: Wole Olagundoye, Managing Director of Outori Limited, and Victoria Uwadoka, Head of Corporate Communications, Public Affairs & Sustainability at Nestle Nigeria.
According to the organiser, Marketing Space, Olagundoye will headline the first session of the summit, delivering a keynote address on the sub-theme, “Winning the African Consumer: Bridging Corporate Strategy with Youth Culture,” while Uwadoka will speak on the sub-theme, “Scaling African Brands: Leveraging Data, AI, and Innovation for Continental Impact” in the second session.
Their presentations will be dissected in panel discuss that comprises experienced professionals from the industry to further stimulate engagement.
Convener and Publisher of Marketing Space, Lukman Ishau, described the summit as Nigeria’s foremost thought-leadership platform designed to bring together professionals across the marketing communications value chain.
Some of the industry players expected to grace the occasion include, Nana Milagrosa Utomi, Chief Experience Officer, MPXM Agency; Oluwaseyi Layade, Chief Operating Officer, Leo Burnett Lagos; Oluwanisola Eludoyin, Product & Growth Marketer; Emmanuel Adediran, Business Unit Director, mediaReach OMD and Olayinka Ijabiyi, Group Head, Marketing and Communications, FirstBank Nigeria.
Dr. Felix King Eiremiokhae, Group Chief Executive Officer of Oracle Experience will Chair the event, organiser said.
The event starts by 10am with the first session, followed by the second by 2pm before wrapping up with an award session by 5pm.
