Diner en Blanc: Lagos to host world’s most iconic dining experiences, Nov 20
Diner en Blanc, the world’s most celebrated and visually iconic dining experiences will debut in Lagos on November 20, 2026.
Organisers say the highly anticipated event will hold in a venue which is being kept a mystery and secret until the last moment.
“For one unforgettable evening, guests dressed entirely in white will gather at a secret location in Lagos for an elegant open-air dining experience defined by friendship, style, gastronomy, spontaneity and the unmistakable magic of Diner en Blanc,” a statement from the organisers read.
Born in Paris and celebrated in cities around the world, Diner en Blanc has become synonymous with elegance, community and the thrill of the unexpected. Guests come together at a location revealed only shortly before the event, transforming a public space into an extraordinary sea of white for one memorable night.
For its Lagos return, guests will be invited to embrace the spirit of Soirée Parisienne – La Belle Époque, drawing inspiration from one of Paris’ most luminous eras through fashion, table décor, gastronomy and creative self-expression. Elegance and imagination will take centre stage as Lagos adds its own distinctive energy to this global tradition.
The Lagos edition will retain the traditions for which Diner en Blanc is renowned: an all-white dress code, carefully curated tables, beautiful dining, shared rituals and of course, the closely guarded secret of the venue.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Hosts of Diner en Blanc Lagos said: “We are incredibly excited to finally announce the date for Diner en Blanc Lagos. Lagos is a city that understands celebration, style, creativity and community and we cannot wait to see how our guests interpret the traditions of Dîner en Blanc in their own distinctive way. More than an event, this is about creating a shared moment, one night where people come together, reconnect, celebrate friendship and experience the city from an entirely different perspective.”

The Diner en Blanc Lagos is being hosted by four experienced professionals, led by Tolulope Medebem, an award-winning experiential marketing strategist, business leader and one of Nigeria’s foremost experience designers. She provides strategic leadership, oversees partnerships and helps shape the overall guest experience, bringing together the elegance, mystery and sophistication at the heart of the soirée.
The rest are: Lanre Odufuwa, Francis Ochichie, Nkechi Medebem and Adedamola Adeloye who all bring a distinct perspective and expertise to the Dîner en Blanc experience.
