First HoldCo announces 100% divestment of FBNQuest Merchant Bank

First HoldCo Plc has announced the successful completion of the full divestment of its 100% stake in FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited.

A statement signed by Abiola Baruwa, Group Company Secretary, says, “The transaction, transferring ownership to EverQuest Acquisition LLP, is now finalised”.

The company informed the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that the Central Bank of Nigeria provided all necessary regulatory approvals, concluding the sale process.
