2nd Consumers Experience Summit to hold Dec 4
The second edition of the Consumers Experience Summit will take place on Wednesday, December 4, 2025, at the Lagos State Chambers of Commerce (LCCI).
Organiser, Consumers Assembly, an online news platform dedicated to consumer advocacy and enlightenment, announced in a statement that, the landmark event is with the theme: “Consumer Voice: Building the Feedback Loop — Listen, Learn, Innovate.”
The summit is designed to foster a critical dialogue on the importance of integrating consumer feedback into business strategy to drive innovation and build stronger, more responsive market practices.
Speaking on the development, the Convener of the event, Godwin Anyebe, highlighted the format for the upcoming summit. “We are curating a highly focused session where an expert in Consumerism will deliver a keynote paper,” he stated.
“This paper will then serve as the central topic for a deep-dive discussion by a distinguished panel of industry experts and discussants, ensuring a comprehensive and actionable exploration of the theme.”
The Consumers Experience Summit aims to be the premier platform for businesses, regulators, and consumers to collaborate on improving service delivery and customer satisfaction across all sectors.
