Golden Penny Food Festival 2025 lights up Ngwo Park
July 26, 2025 will remain memory for a long time for Ngwo Park in Uwani, Enugu, as Golden Penny Food Festival transformed the into a haven of flavour, music, and shared joy.
With reverberating energy, strong laughter, and the aroma of rich, steaming delicacies filling the air, the One-Day event bonded friends and families who sat under shaded canopies, sharing plates of food and stories.
The event also witnessed cultural display and celebration of Igbo heritage, a vivid reminder of the beauty of the igbo tradition.
Adding to the day’s richness were very educative masterclasses by culinary experts: Chef Faith of Eazi Kitchen, Chef Gaz Azah of Gazkitchen, and Chef Nengi of Nengi’s Kitchen, who taught everything from elevating traditional dishes to building a personal food brand online.
And for many attendees, the day became even more special as they went home with amazing prizes — from brand products to cooking appliances and cash rewards, leaving smiles that matched their full bellies.
